This resource provides information about how different countries and jurisdictions regulate heated tobacco products (HTPs). Regulation falls into two categories:

  1. Ban on the sale of HTPs

  2. Regulation using WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC) measures

The resource then provides recommendations on how to regulate HTPs using strong WHO FCTC measures and examples of countries implementing each policy measure.
